Privacy policy

We collect the contact and booking details you submit to respond to enquiries and manage appointments and invoices. Access is restricted to authorised team members. WhatsApp and Instagram links open third-party services under their privacy policies. Contact us on WhatsApp to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry data, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.

Optional analytics and marketing

When enabled by the salon, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel help measure visits, saved enquiries and WhatsApp clicks after you choose the relevant optional cookies. Analytics and marketing choices are separate. You can change them using Cookie choices in the footer. We do not include enquiry names, phone numbers, email addresses or message text in these tracking events. WhatsApp opens as a separate service; you choose whether to send your message there.
